The Jewish Engagement Calendar 2003, now in its sixth year of publication, features full-color illustrations of twenty-six Judaic artifacts and masterpieces from the Skirball Cultural Center and Museum, on the Hebrew Union College campus in Los Angeles. The Skirball Museum preserves and exhibits a renowned collection of 25,000 pieces of Judaica from around the world, including painting, photography, sculpture, textiles, folk art, and more.
The spiralbound weekly calendar spans sixteen months, from September 2002 to December 2003, and includes national and Jewish holidays, Sabbath candle-lighting times, weekly Torah and Haftarah portions, a listing of Jewish holidays through the year 2017, and other useful facts and data.
